Rutgers is 20th in running so they will look to chew up the clock with their ground game, but they will be facing an Iowa team that is 13th against the run. If Rutgers scores, it will be long time-consuming drives. Iowa comes in ranked 131st in total offense, 124th in passing, 117th in rushing, and 124th in scoring at 13.7 ppg. They will not find the going easy here against a Scarlett Knight defense that is 10th in total yards allowed, 2nd against the run, and 20th in points allowed, giving up just 14.0 ppg. Both of these teams play at a slow pace and they are very conservative on offense, which should lead to a game that is played in the upper 20s at best. Lastly, the Under is 44-18-3 in Iowa's last 65 games in September and 9-3 in Rutgers's last 12 conference games.
