When Foltneywicz is on and facing opponents not use to his offerings he is a tough customer and we expect that to be the case again here. The under has cashed in 4 straight times in Rangers road games. The Astros have only averaged scoring 3.3 runs per game in Javier's last 3 starts as he has not received much run support.
