The Royals had won 4 in a row before the B2B losses they were just dealt and they have scored an average of 6 runs in their 6 games since the All-Star break. The Cubs have lost 4 of 6 since the All-Star break and only scored 1.5 runs per game during this stretch. The home team is the bet in this one.
