Normally I don't recommend laying this high of a price. But this is a rare exception. Not only is Angels starter Andrew Heaney in great form - no more than two earned runs during each of his past four starts - but this is almost a give-up game for Tampa Bay. Certainly it's a bullpen game for the Rays.

Tampa is starting Sergio Romo. No, that's not a misprint. Romo has appeared in 588 big leagues games. Never as a starter. He hasn't been very effective either the past few years and is bad again this year with a 4.96 ERA and 1.53 WHIP. I don't he makes it into the third inning.

Given these set of circumstances, I'm going to back the Angels.
