This is a 1* FREE PLAY on the Mets.

I think this is a great price on the more motivated home side. Or at least New York should absolutely be the more motivated team in this matchup, sitting two games back in the Wild card race.

Baltimore is tied with the Yanks atop the AL East, so is under a little less pressure here.

But I think David Peterson (7-1, 3.04 ERA), is the correct call in this starting pitching matchup. His counterpart is Trevor Rogers (2-11, 4.89.)

Peterson is off another strong outing vs. the A's last time out, conceding one unearned run over 6 1/3's innings. Overall he's 1-1 with a 3.72 ERA in three career appearances vs. Baltimore as well.

Rogers was shelled for five runs over five innings in a loss to the Nationsl in his last outing. He's a putrid 0-2 with a 7.53 ERA in three starts since coming over from the Marlins in late July.

I'll highly recommend a "second look" at the METS in this one.
