It's not often that the Jacksonville Jaguars find themselves playing the role of favorites, but they are expected to cover a handful of points at home against the 2-12 Titans. These could be the two worst teams in the league, and needless to say, neither team is very good defensively. The total for tonight's game is pretty low, and for that reason I like the over.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Titans Run Defense - Tennessee ranks dead last in the NFL against the run, allowing an average of 139.6 rushing yards per game.

2. Previous History - Three of the last five meetings between these two teams have fallen short of the total, however tonight's number is lower than it was in any of those games.

3. X-Factor - The Over is 6-2 in Jaguars last 8 vs. a team with a losing record.
