Two of the league's hottest teams will meet at the Staples Center tonight, when the Clippers host the the Warriors. The Clippers have won seven straight, while the Warriors will be in search of their 10th straight victory. The bookmakers have set a pretty high number for this game, and I am not convinced that we'll see enough offense to reach the total.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Previous History - The Warriors have held opponents to fewer than 100 points in six of their last seven overall, and they've seen the total fall short of the number in 10 of their last 14 road games.

2. Situational/Motivational - This isn't just another game for these two teams, as there is some bad blood in this series. The Warriors are still burning about being knocked out of last year's playoffs in the first round series versus LA. They've also lost 11 of their last 14 visits visits to the Staples Center, and that could prove to be a motivating factor tonight. I don't expect either team to let up on defense in such a key game so close to the playoffs.

3. X-Factor - The under is 19-7-1 in Clippers last 27 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.
