The St. Louis Cardinals are already running away with the NL Central, with a 2.5 game lead on the second place Cubs, and nine games ahead of the cellar dwelling Brewers. Milwaukee's struggles are likely to continue here against the Cardinals ace.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - Adam Wainwright will be on the mound for the Cards, looking for his third win of the season. Wainwright (2-1, 1.71 ERA) gave up just one run on seven hits over eight innings in a 2-1 win over Cincinnati in his latest start. The Brewers will counter with Wily Peralta who has had a tough start to the 2015 season. He was roughed up over five innings in a 4-2 loss to the Cardinals two weeks ago.

2. Batter vs. Pitcher - Jason Heyward is 5-for-11 (.455) lifetime versus Peralta, while Matt Holliday is hitting .435 with a pair of home runs and seven RBIs in 23 career at bats versus the right-hander.

3. X-Factor - Wainwright is 5-3 with a 2.71 ERA in nine starts versus the Brewers over the last three seasons, and he's gone the distance in four of those games.
