"The Coach's" Game 7 Wings/Bolts Top Play
(NHL) Detroit vs. Tampa Bay,
Total: 5.00 | -132.00 Over
Result: Win
The Tampa Bay Lightning will host the Detroit Red Wings for a deciding Game 7 in this Western Conference quarterfinals series. Only two of the previous four games in the series have seen six goals or more, and I expect a tight low-scoring battle at Amalie Arena tonight.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Goaltending - Tampa Bay may have put four past Petr Mrazek on just 27 shots Monday, but it's fair to say that the 23 year old has contained the top-rated Lightnings offense well in this series. He's posting a .924 SV% over the first six meetings and recorded a shut out his last time out here in Tampa. Ben Bishop in the Lightning's net has been good as well as he's compiled a 2.18 GAA starting each game in the series and has allowed a maximum of three goals only twice.

2. Trends - The under is 5-1 in Lightning's last 6 when their opponent allows 5 goals or more in their previous game and 4-0-3 in the Red Wings last 7 after scoring 2 goals or less their last game. Only two of the last eight meetings have gone over the total.

3. X-Factor - The Lightning's top-scorer for the regular season Steven Stamkos is still goal-less in this series.

Selection: This is a play on DET@TB to go under the total (8*)
