The Phoenix Suns host the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday night, and this looks like a tough spot for the visitors. They are playing on back-to-back nights, coming off an emotionally charged loss to the Mavs in Dallas last night. My money is on the home dog.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Previous History - The Clippers come in as losers of three of their last four, and they are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games following a ATS loss. The Suns are coming off a double-digit loss at Oklahoma City, and they are 20-6-2 ATS in their last 28 games coming off a loss of 10 or more points.

2. Battle on the Boards - DeAndre Jordan led the league in rebounds last year, and he's second so far this season averaging 13 per game. The Clippers though have not managed to out-rebound an opponent yet this season.

3. X-Factor - Clippers SG J.J. Redick left last night's game with back spasms, and is not expected to play tonight in Phoenix.
