ROGERS BIG CHALK SMACKDOWN! *ONLY $25!*
(NHL) Columbus vs. Nashville,
Money Line: -185.00 Nashville (Home)
Result: Win
The Columbus Blue Jackets have among the worst records in the NHL this season and have won only two of their last seven overall. They'll visit the red hot Nashville Predators who have the best record in the NHL over the past six weeks, and I think we'll see an easy win for the home team in tonight's contest at Bridgestone Arena.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Home Cookin' - The Predators have opened a four-game homestand with a pair of wins against Los Angeles and Vancouver. They've won six of their last seven in front of the home-town crowd while Columbus has lost four straight on the road.

2. Motivational - The Preds own the first wild card in the West but are also trying to chase down Chicago for the third place in the Central Division. Their recent success have seen them pull within two points of the Blackhawks and they must like their chances of closing that gap tonight as the Hawks have a tricky game at Calgary.

3. X-Factor - The Predators acquired Ryan Johansen from Columbus in exchange for defenseman Seth Jones back in January and the center has had decent success with his new club tallying seven goals 18 assists in 34 games. He will be pumped up for the first meeting with his old club.

Selection: This is a play on the Nashville Predators (6*)
