The pick: Take it for what you will though, but Cleveland is still a brutal 4-10 ATS against the division and a terrible 6-13 ATS in its last 19 on the road, while Cincinnati is 9-3 ATS in its last 12 vs. teams with losing records. Lay the points, expect a rout.
