Dallas looks to return to form after a 122-102 loss at Oklahoma City on Monday. Charlotte enters off a 125-100 home win over the hapless Magic. The Mavs average 110.6 PPG, and they allow 110.4. The Hornets average 113.7 PPG and they allow 111.1.

The pick: Take it for what you will though, but Dallas has interestingly seen the total go "under" the number in all four games it's played vs. the Southwest Division this season and in eight of its last 12 following a blowout loss of more than 20 points, while Charlotte has seen the total dip "under" in three of four already this season after a blowout win by 15 points or more. This number is high, play the "under."
