ROGERS' NHL TOP SHELF SLAP-SHOT >>> MAJOR BLOWOUT <<<
(NHL) St. Louis vs. Los Angeles,
Money Line: -156.00 St. Louis (Away)
Result: Win
The set-up: The Blues come in off a harder than expected, but momentum building 5-4 win at Anaheim just last night and I think they'll keep the foot on the gas here as well and find a way to get the job done in this favorable matchup. The visitors have to be feeling confident here as well with backup Jordan Binnington in net, as he'll look to atone for a 4-3 loss to the Kings back on January 21st (his lone career start vs. them.) The Kings are out of the playoff picture after their latest 3-1 loss to the Habs on Tuesday. LA is 1-7-4 in its last 12 games, going 0-6-0 when it scores two or fewer goals.

The pick: Take it for what you will as well, but LA is just 9-27 in its last 36 vs. teams above the .500 mark, while St. Louis is 5-1 in its last six road games vs. a team with a sub .500 home record. Despite this being the end of the season, I like St. Louis to dig deep and grab all the points in this one as well.

8* play on the St. Louis Blues
