The pitchers: Valdez (3-2, 2.77 ERA) makes his third start of the season today and while he's been decent to this point, I think he's going to be in over his head here in this difficult road venue.

Green (1-2, 7.54) owns a 3.53 ERA in the opener role.

The pick: I think these starters are evenly matched, but note that Houston is just 1-4 this year as an underdog, while New York is 12-2 at home this season as a favorite in the -100 to -150 range. Lay the price.
