The set-up: It's the 13-23 Hornets vs. the 10-23 Cavaliers. In a contest which I see being decided late, I think the points is the correct way to go in this one. The Hornets have lost six in a row, including a blowout loss to the Celtics at home vs. former teammate Kemba Walker. Keep your eyes on Devonte' Graham though, who is averaging 18.9 points and 7.7 assists. Terry Rozier has also been great by averaging 17.1 PPG. The Cavs only average 104.3 PPG and I think they'll have difficulties here vs. this hungry Hornets team (in fact note, Cleveland has scored less than 100 points in back-to-back losses.) Colin Sexton has been a bright spot this season by averaging 18 PPG.

The pick: Note as well that the Cavs are just 7-18-1 ATS in their last 26 when playing on one days rest, while the Hornets are 8-1 ATS in their last nine road games against a team with a home winning% of less than .400. I think Charlotte is the deeper and hungrier team in this matchup of bottom feeders.
