The set-up: I like the Capitals to continue their climb out of the 0-3 hole and push this series to a Game 6. Alexander Ovechkin had two goals in Game 4 and I love this experienced Capitals side to now respond, while all signs point to a classic letdown here for the Isles in my opinion.

The pick: Note as well that the Isles are just 2-7 in their last nine after a one goal loss in the playoffs in their previous outing. "Momentum" becomes almost a tangible factor in the playoffs and if the Capitals really wanted to "bow out" they would have done that in Game 4. Washington is going to try and pull off the impossible here, but it's one game at a time.
