The set-up: I think Hyun Jin Ryu is well worth the price of admission in this matchup. The visitors turn to Chris Mazza (0-1, 6.35 ERA) who was optioned after a disastrous start vs. the Rays two weeks ago, but who has been called back up here out of necessity with an injury to Nathan Eovaldi. Despite what Mazza does here, he'll be sent back to the minors after this spot start.

The pick: Ryu (2-1, 3.19) gave up one run off three hits with six strikeouts in a no-decision vs. Tampa on Saturday. Toronto annihilated the lowly Red Sox 9-1 on Wednesday and I expect a similar fate here for the visiting side. Boston won't be in the playoffs and is already making plans for next season. I'm laying the price and expecting a blowout.
