The set-up: My MLB "GAME OF THE YEAR" was on the Jays' big 12-7 win over the Yanks yesterday and now I look for Toronto to do it again here. The struggling visiting side hands the ball to JA Happ (1-1, 4.68 ERA) who is 3-2 with a 3.72 ERA in seven career starts vs. his former team. Happ though hasn't faced many of the Jays' current starters and I think he'll struggle vs. this currently red hot hitting home side line-up.

The pick: Toronto counters with Taijuan Walker (3-2, 3.26), who is 0-2 with a 3.95 ERA lifetime vs. New York (hasn't faced since 2016 though.) The Jays though are 7-2 in their last nine after scoring 12 or more runs in a victory in their previous outing. Toronto is only 2.5 games up of New York here with a little under three weeks to go in the season. I love Toronto at this price, as I think they have the better in form hitting line-up, while also having the better starting pitcher on the mound. Great value play!
