Two fine right-handers face each other today when Eflin and Bradish hit the mound. Bradish has been on fire, with an ERA of just 0.47 in July and has averaged over six innings a start. Eflin is off a rare poor outing, but has been consistently delivering long starts and allowing 2 to 3 runs on average. The Rays are slumping and can't score runs at their usual clip. They are 26th in RBIs over the last two weeks. Baltimore is getting solid relief pitching, and while the Rays' pen hasn't quite been as fine as usual, it is usually one of the best bullpens in the league. I expect a similar result to Thursday's 3-1 final. Look for a low total and take the Under today.
