The White Sox won the first two games in this series in contests that could have gone either way. Despite the Astros having the better bullpen, it has been the White Sox who have been able to win late on Monday and Tuesday. Expect things to be different on Wednesday.

The White Sox will be starting Michael Kopech, who has pitched well at home recently but against weak competition (Tigers, Royals). The White Sox, however are just 1-4 in Kopech's last 5 home starts against teams that currently have winning records (Twins, Orioles, Dodgers, Yankees, Guardians).
