Miami (OH) vs Kentucky
(NCAAF) Miami-OH vs. Kentucky,
Total: 54.00 | -110.00 Over
Result: Loss
Both of these teams should be farther along on the offensive end than they are defensively. Miami Ohio averaged 28.9 ppg last season and should be even better offensively this season with nine starters back, including four offensive linemen and possibly the best quarterback in the MAC in Brett Gabbert. The defense however lost six starters and lacks depth in the secondary.
Kentucky averaged 32.3 ppg last season and welcomes back quarterback Will Levis. Although their star running back Christopher Rodriguez Jr is out for this game serving a suspension, I still see them moving the ball on the Redhawks and even opening up the passing game more. The Wildcats defense did lose six starters similar to Miami and will be challenged in this week's matchup. I expect Miami, Ohio to keep this game with-in two touchdowns, but my official play for this game is on the over.
