UC San Diego may have won the Big West tournament this season had they been eligible for it, as they are in their final year of reclassifying from Division II to Division I. UCSD is 13-6 ATS as a favorite this season and 122nd in KenPom, including 79th on the offensive end.
Chicago State is 302nd overall and 304th in adjusted offensive efficiency. They are also just 9-18 overall in games against Division I teams.
