Coming off the loss to Notre Dame, I expect Navy to bounce back and dominate this game. Look for the Midshipmen to be efficient with their possessions. When Rice faced Army this season, the Owls fell behind 30-0 on their way to a 23 point loss. I don't see Rice handling Navy well enough to keep this game with-in 14 points.
