Toledo's offense has been better at home this season, but I expect a road scoring breakout following their 41-26 loss to Bowling Green. Eastern Michigan has allowed 33 points or more in three of their four MAC games, and gave up 25 points to a bad Akron team last week.
Toledo is 19th in the nation in seconds per play and EMU is 26th. We have also seen four of the last five head-to-head meetings go over and combine for 71 points or more.
