This is a good buy-low spot for the Navy. The Midshipman got off to a 6-0 start before losing 51-14 to Notre Dame. Then last week, Navy was a huge parlay killer in a 24-10 loss as a double-digit road favorite to Rice. That Rice game was odd, with weather delays totaling more than five hours, and then Navy came out flat. On the other side, USF is coming off an emotional 44-21 national TV win against FAU. I expect Navy to come in focused and handle business.
