We have seen 40+ points scored in 7 of the last 8 head-to-head matchups. The Steelers offense has put up 26+ in 4 of their last 5 games. On Sunday Pittsburgh only scored 18, but they had six field goals, and Wilson threw a pick in the endzone.
The Browns have allowed 20+ points in every game except one this season. Also with Jameis Winston at QB the Browns are taking more deep shots on offense, which will lead to either Cleveland points, or turnovers that help the Steelers scoring.
I believe this total is too low and an overreaction to the weather.
