Longhorns over Mountaineers- West Virginia is about to take their acid test as the Bob Huggins take his No. 11 Mountaineers to Texas in what is the start of a three- game stretch against the Big-12's better clubs. West Virginia is in a tie with Kansas after crushing TCU 73-42 on Saturday. Texas under Shaka Smart has shown signs that the can play with the 'big boys' with a number of huge wins against quality competition (North Carolina, Iowa State,Vanderbilt). The Mountaineers won the first matchup a 56-49 non-cover victory. Last season Texas destroyed West Virginia in Austin 77-50 and though the margin may not be that large this time I expect the Longhorns to WIN. Take TEXAS!
