Kansas City is 9-16 over their last 25 games but hope to change things against the Rangers who have lost three straight and 14 of their last 18. Danny Duffy (5-1, 3.27 ERA) has won four straight decisions while the Royals are 9-3 in his starts. Yu Darvish (2-1, 3.15 ERA) returned after a month on the disabled list and lasted just 4 1/3 innings walking four while the Rangers are 1-7 in their last eight while Kansas City is 25-9 in Duffy's last 34 home starts.
