A's over Mariners- The Mariners are making a run for one of the AL wild card spots having won seven of their last eight and are now just two-games behind Boston. Wade LeBlanc (1-0, 4.71 ERA) and he has been knocked around pretty hard in his last five appearances posting a 6.29 ERA in 24 innings. Oakland will start Zach Neal (2-1, 4.60) who gets his second start of the season after stints as a long reliever since being called to the 'bigs' in mid-July allowing just six hits in 14 innings.
