Rays over Orioles- Tampa Bay's Chris Archer (8-18, 4.05 ERA) has to be the hard luck pitcher of the year as his MLB high 18 losses when you consider he has allowed three runs or fewer in nine of his last 10 starts. Baltimore will start Unabldo Jimenez (7-11, 5.98) who has posted a 3.42 ERA since the All-Star break and is 5-2 with a 2.89 ERA in seven career starts against the Rays. With these numbers one would think Baltimore should be a stronger favorite but Tampa Bay has won their last three and are playing the roll of spoilers. Take the RAYS!
