Braves over Cardinals- The Red Birds who usually end up in-the-mix somehow at the end of the season are trying to recover from a terrible start and have won 10 of their last 15 to raise themselves to within one game of .500 (13-14). St. Louis besides a diminished talent pool has injuries to contend with as Piscotty and Fowler were removed from yesterday's game. Lance Lynn (3-1, 2.45 ERA) who missed all of last season with Tommy John surgery has been outstanding in his five starts allowing just 22 hits in 29+ innings but is just 2-3 against Atlanta. The Braves will start 'hard luck' starter Mike Foltynewicz (0-3, 2.81) has had little run support (2.5 per) but was 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA against the Cardinals last season. Take ATLANTA!
