Pirates over Cardinals- This is a first for me, seeing a MLB contest that is more of a meet-and-greet during the day as both clubs will travel to Williamsport, PA to take part in the Little League World Series festivities in the day and then play their game at night at Bowman Field in Williamsport. This could only hurt the Pirates who lose a home game after breaking a six-game losing streak. Tonight's starter for the Cardinals is Mike Leake (7-11, 3.88 ERA) who is 10-5 with a 3.33 ERA in 31 career starts against the Bucs but, is winless in his last four outings allowing 19 runs on 20 innings and has gone five innings just twice in his last eight starts. Pittsburgh will start Ivan Nova (10-10, 3.77) who has lost four times in his last five starts without a win. Still, tonight it will be the Pirates. Take PITTSBURGH!
