The Hawkeyes are 6-1 and have the better record and yet are a virtual touchdown underdog. The Lions have under-achieved to date even with Trace McSorley setting all kinds of school offensive records. My gut is that it is going to be Penn State's day, the home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take PENN STATE!
