Cardinals over Cubs- This is another of those reverse side games here a struggling pitcher comes up in the favorites role. Jack Flaherty (4-6, 4.17 ERA) has gone 12 starts without recording a victory going 0-3 since May 14 but has allowed just four runs in his last four starts covering 24.1 innings. Chicago will start veteran Jon Lester (9-6, 3.63) who has won six of his last eight decisions and yet is an underdog here. The Cubs are an NL worst 21-32 on the road and the Cardinals are 13-5 in their last 18 games overall. Before last night game the home side had won 10 straight in this series. Take ST. LOUIS!
