Suns (+) over Kings- Last season the Kings began to make a move to respectability last season winning 39 games while Phoenix continued their stay in the basement trailing their closest rival in the West by 14 games. Sacramento hired Luke Walton as head coach while Phoenix hired Monty Williams to lead the likes of Devin Booker, Ricky Rubio and Deandre Ayton. I would have expected the Kings to be stronger favorites as this opening 'line' is lower than any game between these two in three years and I believe it's telling. Take PHOENIX!
