Florida State is in chaos (1-3) as they have yet to defeat an FBS school this season but 'covered' their first game last week (+21) 26-42 against Notre Dame. They did show some offensive progress as they totaled 405 yards their season high other than beating Jacksonville State. North Carolina No. 5 had 656 total yards against Virginia Tech last week and are brimming with confidence as a double-digit broad favorite. As good as the Heels are and have looked they will come back to the pack this week and the Seminoles who will start Louisville transfer Jordan Travis are improving will get the cash here.
