Cincinnati's has won just one game of seven and are a stellar 5-2 ATS but their problem is that they don't play very good defense allowing almost 400 yards and 28 points per game. Tennessee won four single possession games beating powers like the Jaguars by 3, Vikings by 1, Broncos by 2 and Texans in overtime, the bunch are a combined 5-21 SU. Bengals in playing tough and ready to surprise as rookie Joe Burrow had 406 yards passing last week with three touchdowns as the Bengals are poised to win. The Cats are 5-1 in their last six meetings and the Titans are 6-19 ATS in their last 25 road games against teams with losing records. Take CINCINNATI!
