Padres over Phillies- After opening this series with the Phillies and a win 'we' passed on them Saturday and they won without 'us'! Well, not this time, nope they are not going to suck me in after missing Saturday's win that WE will collect with Black Snell (3-3, 5.29 ERA) who found himself last time out shutting out the Dodgers over five innings allowing just four hits with 5-K's. Streaking Phillies have won their last two while San Diego has dropped three straight. A guy I like for who knows what reasons will start for the home team as Vince Velasquez (3-2, 4.22) takes the hill. My main man Vince is off his best performance of the season (by far) going seven innings allowing no runs on just two with 7-K's and NO walks...yep that why I like him but, inconsistency has been his trademark and I don't expect him do as well Sunday. Take SAN DIEGO!
