Panthers (-) over Steelers- The Steelers who faltered down the stretch last season are off to a 3-0 preseason and will rest key players in their final preseason clash with Carolina. Pittsburgh will sit quarterbacks Ben Roethlisberger and Mason Rudolph as well as running back Najee Harris but will go with their starting offensive line for a good portion of the game. Carolina is 0-2 in the preseason and coach Matt Rhule is looking to close on a positive note and will get the most out of running back Chuba Hubbard and Sam Darnold as well as newly signed WR Robby Anderson.
