Browns (+) over Bengals- I am surprised at the 'public' reaction to this game as they seem to be running to the Bengals. I don't believe that the Odell Beckham issue has anything to do with it as has has been ineffective as it was and the Cincinnati collapse against the Jets doesn't seem to bother anyone. Maybe with eight players on the IL the Browns just aren't appealing but they are 4-1 ATS as road underdogs and are 6-2 after an ATS loss while the bengals are 2-5 ATS as home favorites. Take CLEVELAND!
