Phillies over Cubs- Baseball is a game of streaks and Philadelphia is not playing unless they are streaking one way or another. Steele opened the year with 14 straight starts allowing two runs or fewer but has hit a sang in his last two starts. Like I had said about the Phillies, they had a 4-game winning streak, then a six game losing streak, followed by five wins and then five losses before Saturday’s win.
