Phillies over Dodgers- The Phillies have been playing like they still are hung over from a World Series that they really had no shot at winning. The Dodgers although a comfortable 9-games over .500 just do not appear to me to be a championship team. They are 16-17 on the road while the Phils are at least 17-10 at home and will have Ranger Suarez who picked up his first victory in his last start his fifth and this will make tow-in-a-row.
