Angels over Mets- The good news for Los Angeles is that they know the status of crumbling aging superstar Mickey Trout who is once again down for the count. His sojourn on the IL started when it was still the DL and time has been given to player development for LA. Angels All-star Tyler Anderson (8-9 2.96 ERA) of Las Vegas fame has been outstanding with just crumbs to show for his efforts. In 131 innings he has surrendered just 100 hits. New York will start Paul Blackburn (4-2, 4.41) and the Mets are expecting great things from the newcomer and can only be disappointed after the way the media is fawning over him (you’d think he is related to Kamala).
