The SD St Aztecs had a rough finish to the season however they are as healthy as they've been all season. Rocky Long's teams are known for their defense and running game. The defense allows just 2.7 yards per rush and Ohio's strength is their running game.
Ohio has also been enjoying extreme good fortune in the turnover department. They have 30 takeaways on the season which is tied for best in the entire FBS. I'm not sure they get that kind of luck against what figures to be a very conservative run based SDSU offense.




With extra time to prepare I give a huge advantage to the SDSU defense. Also senior QB Christian Chapman returned late in the year and is now healthy. RB Juwan Washington had four games over 130+ yards rushing.

I like the Aztecs, though, because their defense can take away the run, and they've done so against a much tougher schedule than the one Ohio has played this season.
