The Spiders start FIVE underclassman including two freshman. The team has certainly gone through their growing pains and while they lost their last 4 games but the two-home game were to the top two teams in the conference (VCU & Davidson). Fordham at 12-19 only had 12 wins because they started 9-3 and went 9-5 overall vs non-conference foes while playing the #351 schedule ( there are 353 Div-I teams!).
Richmond has won 15 of 16 in this series and has the confidence to win handily!
