Jose Quintana is showing as much polish within his repertoire as ever since joining the Cubs. Utilizing his changeup more has helped Quintana cut back on four-seam fastballs and rely on sinkers, with more swing-and-miss across the board. With Chicago streaking at six wins in a row, St. Louis stumbling with three losses in a row and while we don't always abide by that particular betting theory, we're playing it here.
