I am backing Masahiro Tanaka tonight who is coming off 2 straight road losses but pitches very well at home with an ERA under 2.00. He should mow down this young Mariners team.
Tanaka does have a 7-0 with a 2.02 ERA in eight starts versus the Mariners and we like for him to bounce-back here.
Tanaka will be happy to take the mound in the Bronx, coming off a difficult road trip in which he took a pair of losses, allowing nine runs (eight earned) in 9 2/3 innings to the Angels and D-backs (7.45 ERA).
