Cardinals starter Miles Mikolas was lifted after four innings against the Cubs on Friday after taking a liner to the right forearm. Once the swelling went down, there wasn't any concern he'd miss a start. He gave up three runs and struck out four prior to his exit.The Marlins have lost six straight while scoring a total of 10 runs. Five times in that skid, they've scored one or zero runs.
