The Mets have been playing the hearts out and were up 3-1 going into the bottom of the 9th before blowing it. This team is playing with passion and playing hard but they have lost 5 in a row and now they get DeGrom to save them and he likely will do so on a Friday Night. Soroka was recently hit on his hand and he looks to be healthy and this is his first game back. The Mets DeGrom is the reigning Cy Young Winner in the NL and he is in by no way intimidated with the Braves as he struck out 10 Braves last time giving up just up 2 runs in 8 1/3 innings in a New York victory.
